I have contacted multiple BATCO numbers and shared all required details, including the LR copy provided to me and the LR number. However, I am still not receiving any proper support or status update. One of your representatives is saying that the LR copy is not valid, but no one is clearly telling me what exact document is required. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am not getting any help from your team. Very poor service from BATCO Transport. My parcel (LR No: 9614121) booked from Ahmedabad to Nanded on 30/01/26 has no proper status update. The Nanded branch is not receiving calls. I contacted multiple numbers and even shared the LR copy, but still no one is helping me. One staff member even spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. This is highly disappointing service.
