Very Poor service nanded branch

Very poor service from BATCO Transport. My parcel (LR No: 9614121) booked from Ahmedabad to Nanded on 30/01/26 has no proper status update. The Nanded branch is not receiving calls. I contacted multiple numbers and even shared the LR copy, but still no one is helping me. One staff member even spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. This is highly disappointing service. I request BATCO to immediately check and update the status of my parcel. Contact: 7276941591
