I want register a complaint regarding the poor service from your nanded branch
Dear Sir/Madam, I want to register a complaint regarding the poor service from your branch. My parcel was booked through BATCO Transport but I have not received any clear update whether the parcel has arrived at the destination or not. I have tried calling the branch multiple times, but my calls are not being received. This is highly unprofessional and causing me serious inconvenience. Parcel Details: LR / Consignment No: 9614121 Booking Date: 30/01/26 From: Ahmedabad To: Nanded Contact Number: 7276941591 I request you to immediately check the status of my parcel and instruct the concerned branch to respond properly. Kindly treat this as an urgent complaint and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If I do not receive a proper response, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
